Thank you for being pet friendly
This hotel was the perfect place for a quick trip to visit family in Little Rock Arkansas. The pet fee was worth to pay, because I didn’t have to worry to leave my dog back home. We were comfortable and have peace of mind that she was staying with us. Even we couldn’t go out and eat, the kitchen and small dining table was helpful to eat at our room.

I love the great customer service I received checking in and checking out…staff are really kind…..The carpet in the hallways and especially the elevators smell like someone urinated on their and the hotel has not attended to it….carpets can use a deep cleaning to give a fresher smell

The front desk attendant was Linda and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Too much to type but was the absolute worst experience that I have ever had with a hotel employee. Steer clear of this location.
