The property location is ideal for access to everything. The room was awkwardly small. There was not enough space for seating or any furniture.only the bed.

I really like this hotel. The room was clean and very modern. Size was decent, two large suitcases fit just fine on the floor opened up. It wasn’t too loud from the street, the only downfall I have about the room was the bathroom and that there wasn’t any good spot to place your shampoo bottles in the shower, I had to balance it on top of the dispenser which was inconvenient. The bathroom also occasionally smelled of sewer, after a little while the smell disappeared, this wasn’t a deal breaker. The location is AMAZING, the hotel is on the same street as the Santa Justa lift, it’s just a street behind the main tourist street in Lisbon, Rua Augusta, with the most shopping and restaurants, a few seconds walk. The staff were very nice and helpful with any questions. They stored our baggage before check in and after. There was an option to pay more for early check in but that price was extremely steep. Breakfast was mediocre but as expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Centrally located close to transport links. Helpful reception staff. Well equipped comfortable room with an excellent ensuite bathroom. The buffet breakfast is great value. Close to dozens of widely varied cafes and restaurants.

Excellent Hotel well located in Lisbon old town
Our experience was outstanding. Spacious apartment, clean, quality linen, quiet, great shower, comfy bed, all amenities catered for, modern, walking distance to everywhere in old town, 5-15 minutes, lots of restaurants, shopping, transport close by. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We could not fault it. Congratulations to the 7 Hotel. We would not hesitate to stay again.

The first couple of days since arrival there was foul smell in the building and my room. Then decrease gradually. The building is very old but there was a clear attempt to renovation but not with good quality plumbing. I am not sure this place is worth the price.
