Fantastic hotel, especially the very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in a classic room which was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Note there is noise from bin collection on a Wednesday in the wee hours. Room could have done with better noise insulation. The hotel has a fantastic pool, sauna and steam room. The latter two were pretty basic no essential oils, ice bucket and lack of temp control. Steam room was lacking steam.

The property is on a quiet street but only 2 minutes walk to the Avenida de Liberace, the most beautiful street in Lisbon. 5 minute walk to the Edward VII park. 30 minutes walk to the city Centre and the waterfront. Ample eating places and coffee shops around. Truly a great hotel. Pool and the Spa were excellent. Breakfast was a great Buffett breakfast and espresso and latte were excellent.

Staff was very helpful. Tub didn't drain quickly, but I've heard this is a Lisbon problem for other hotels, not just the PB. It was a lovely hotel. But booking through Hotels was not great. Price was better but no extra points on my card and third party between me and hotel is not good. My partner booked it, I won't use Hotels for the reasons stated above.
