Staff was very helpful. Tub didn't drain quickly, but I've heard this is a Lisbon problem for other hotels, not just the PB. It was a lovely hotel. But booking through Hotels was not great. Price was better but no extra points on my card and third party between me and hotel is not good. My partner booked it, I won't use Hotels for the reasons stated above.

What a gem! Beautiful hotel with beautiful amenities, workout facility/spa, rooftop bar, lobby bar with regular live music, and great restaurant. 15 minutes walking to the heart of Lisbon and the water. Amazingly nice and accommodating staff. Wish we could have stayed a few more nights!

The area of Avenida da Liberdade is stunning and perfectly situated for exploring the city. From start to finish, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. The lobby exudes elegance, the rooftop was beautiful, and the restaurants provide a culinary experience that far exceeded my expectations. This hotel truly embodies luxury and impeccable service. I cannot wait to return and indulge in this extraordinary experience again when next in Lisbon.
