This is the second time I have stayed at this NH in Lisbon. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The location is great because you are close to the city center but still removed from all the crowds. The rooftop at this hotel has an amazing view!! Everything is top tier at the NH Liberdade!!

Stay away from room 506
The hotel is located within shopping center. While i appreciated that we were allowed early check in at 12:30 pm due to cancelled flight and our previuos hotel being sold out, i would never agreed to stay in the room (506) that we received, especially for the price of $350/night. The room Was small (did not feel like 300 sq. Feet), dark, with small window overlooking tiny courtyard with escape staircase - depressing. It served the purpose of getting some sleep after 3.5 hrs of sleep, dragging suitcases to the airport only to find out tnat flight cancelled with zero communication from United Airlines via text, email or phone call...the small rooftop area with pool and tables looked descent enough...

Great beds and beautiful room. Not many restaurants close but walkable to a lot of restaurants. There are a few channels on the TV that are in English. Great stay.

The hotel is very close to metro, and very central so easily walkable to the city sites. The staff are what makes your stay special! Carlos on reception is a great ambassador for the NHS hotel group!
