Muy atentos nos dieron una buena y limpia habitación el desayuno muy agradable un vista espectacular en el rooftop me encantó las Srta del front desk muy amable y nos indicaba cómo llegar a los sitios turísticos nos regalaron una botella de espumante por el cumpleaños de mi esposo todo fueron muy profesionales totalmente recomendado este hotel cerca al metro y muy seguro gracias AS hotel 👌

Our flight was canceled and rebooked for the following day, and Hotel AS Lisboa would do nothing to help us reschedule our stay. They kept the original booking and wouldn’t move it back by a night now would they give us a discount for rebooking the following evening. The customer service was overall very poor speaking with the staff we were dealing with.

Notre chambre était super propre. Le déjeuner complet avec beaucoup de choix. Par contre, l’hôtel au complet aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement. Toute la déco et le mobilier sont défraîchis depuis bien longtemps. Le personnel aurait avantage aussi à connaître le fonctionnement du stationnement, ce serait aidant pour les clients.

Convenient location close to the airport (10 minute drive) and metro (right in front of the building, 5 stops to Rossio Square). Room was spacious with comfortable beds. We booked this hotel for our last night in Lisbon due to it being close to the airport and having parking as we had a rental car - but it doesn’t have dedicated parking area, there is a public parking garage across the street which isn’t a great option if you have to leave for the airport at 3 am. We ended up finding a spot on the street, which wasn’t easy. Otherwise a nice stay.
