The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shopping, historical areas and the Metro. The staff is great and the facilities are nice.

It’s super conveniently located in the old town, Lisbon shopping and dining district. Even though it’s close to the hustle and bustle of the city, it’s on a quiet alley making for a very peaceful stay. Rooms are very small though, and I would only recommend those traveling on a budget, and wanting to be near all the action

The staff were very friendly. They take excellent measures to keep the building and rooms clean. The renovations were wonderfully modern and the A/C worked perfectly! Would stay here again.

Location is perfect as are the rooms. A 2 minute walk from the metro stop which is a very cheap, quick and easy method to get to the property. The property has this part of the city on your doorstep, with cheap public transportation available everywhere you look. We used the trams for longer journeys only, we also used the main train station “Rossio” to get to Sintra. The room itself was fantastic, a comfortable bed which is a priority, with a digital TV. The room was cleaned and serviced everyday, with a bottle of water, Nexpresso pods and tea replenished every day too. Although the site is not manned 24/7, the staff were more than helpful to assist with whatever question or query we had. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone and would certainly stay there again should we ever visit this fabulous city again.

Good centrallocation, can be noisy in the evenings
Everything was great except there were some problems with the A/C unit that required the staff to reset the system a couple times to get it working again. They were very accommodating.

The hotel and guest staff was very nice. It was in a convenient location and met our needs. The room was larger than some European hotels and we appreciated the coffee and water provided. There was no breakfast provided, but it was an easy 1 minute walk to a bakery and coffee house.

Our room experienced very annoying street noise. Closing the windows left us only the air conditioning, which we could not get to work. Thus, we had a very uncomfortable 2 nights with no to little sleep. The reception person was very nice but unhelpful regarding the air conditioning issue.
