Out of the crowds of Old Town but 7 minute walk to Metro to Old Town area and 7 minute walk to 24 tram. Good selection of restaurants in walking distance. 2x to 3x square footage rooms for same price as Old Town rooms.

The hotel is well located and in walking distance to bakeries and the main street in Lisbon with high end shops. However, the price charged for the room was much higher than what we paid in other major cities in Portugal.

Altis Prime was a great choice. It was easy to walk to the park and down to the wayer and restaurants but outside of the major tourist area. We enjoyed the space and having the kitchenette.

This was the first time in Lisbon and this had set a high standard of accommodation. myself and my friends will be coming to stay again! Very clean and the rooms are very nice, modern and comfortable. Located perfectly between the shopping areas and sightseeing area. Lovely place over all!

We arrived at 11:50 PM and we was two adults male.. and we made a reservation for two single band.. and the person on front desk gave was a roon with single bad.. we went back don’t. to ask to change the roon. he was very aggressive and very rude… he said that if we want a room with double bad we need to pay extra. 165 euro per night… and had no choice to sleep on the same bad.. we was two male friends and we want to sleep in different bads. they like forced was to stay in that room.. can you imagine 23:50 PM were can you go.. and we try to cancel the reservation and try to go somewhere else.. this person said no.. so we didn’t want to lose our money.. and we had to stay.. we was very disappointed.. i would never stay there again.

Spent three nights there. I unfortunately was sick and the staff was very thoughtful and checked on me while I recovered. They even delivered a get well fruit basket. My family went exploring Lisbon while I recovered from chills and a fever. The room service was was a bit slow and the choices limited but once in room very tasty. Breakfast each morning was very good. Overall, very nice and excellent customer care/service. I just wish I wasn’t sick. Oh…they also are great with kids. Let them do a pretend check-in while you really do yours.

The hotel was very clean, modern and located near public transportation, supermarket and grocery stores and walking distance to both nearby restaurants and downtown restaurants and shopping. Front desk and housekeeping staff were amazing. Front desk staff were vey friendly and helpfull in providing information about local attractions and guidance in different areas. They also book tours and provide tickets to local attractions.

The location of the apartment was excellent. It felt safe. Ubers were easy to access . Walkable to most areas . The apartment was nice inside . Lots of closet space , beds were comfortable. Lots of towels. Kitchen supplies were available and clean . The one bathroom Has a tub that is dangerous and slippery. Also hard to get into . The rub in the lobby going into the apartment smells terrible. There was also small pieces of shattered glass in our room when we first walked in but the staff was quick to clean it and very apologetic. The elevator was also not working properly.

Excellent hotel. Staff was great and a lot of good restaurants nearby. Big rooms for a European hotel. If I had to be super picky, the night tables are too low relative to the height of the bed. But overall, great experience and would go back again.
