Hassle checking in

It took 30+ minutes to get into the hotel. The door was latched from inside. It took at least two staff to unlatch it from the outside. From looking at the door frame and the lock, This has happened many times in the past. This has weakened the frame and the lock for that room. Otherwise, the service was fine.

The beds were hard as rock, the room smelled of bleach and mold, the toilet wouldn’t shut up running, the furniture was stained, none of the light fixtures worked( had to ask the front desk to put in new bulbs), dirt in grout in the bathroom, the carpet felt wet and damp.. couldn’t walk on it without shoes, you could hear other people on both sides of the room and upstairs, parking was limited.. overall don’t stay here unless you have no other option.

Small parking area. Very close to beach (nice) yet attracts all the un-homed and teenagers to make noise and make the area questionable in the evening

Friendly staff. The room was fine, it was dated and could use some updating. The lock on the door didn’t work so I put a chair up against it. The balcony railing was very wobbly, but great views. Breakfast was okay, not a large selection and a small seating area. The parking was terrible. I ended up parking on the street.

Not Excellent like the reviews say!

The room had an old loveseat that had stains on it and was all torn and tattered at the bottom and the lining underneath waa coming off. The coffee table and table and chairs were all scratched and old looking. Very outdated and felt old. Neighbors tried to get in our room twice in the night. It is a pet friendly hotel but there was a tiny space for the pets to go to the bathroom.

Room definitely needs an update. Had trouble with the TV and the screen door came off the track when opening it. When we checked out, we were told that we would get a discount because of the issues we had.

As a family with young children, we enjoyed our stay here. The beach was easily accessible and the kids were able to swim in the protected bay. We were able to walk to local restaurants for all of our meals. We had a nice view from our balcony and overall had a relaxing stay.

Not so good the breakfast left alot to be desired. The fire alarm was going off when we arrived and was on for awhile. The next day at 5:00 am it went off again all the guest were outside for 1/2 an hour with our dogs and they don't like alarms. The fireman let us back in as soon as the got it off. The only thing that was good was Kim afternoon/evening desk person. I really should be entiled to at least one night refund.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was like sleeping on the box springs. I like a firm bed, but it was like sleeping on the floor. Breakfast was ok, waffle maker, yogurts, cold cereal and bananas. The view was very nice, the redeeming quality of this hotel
