We loved our stay the only suggestions would be that the Buffet food be a lot hotter, (maybe turn up the heat under buffet pans?) a bowl of fresh cut fruit....different selection each day? All our days there was the same buffet....scrambled eggs and sausage patties. Everything else at your property was totally AWESOME! We loved it there and WILL BE BACK!!

We love the walkable location to the beach, and view from the room was excellent! Wish room had AC since we couldn’t open the window in the night due to the smoky smell from the beach.

very nice and at a good price with a great view

very beautiful and exactly as pictured. The view was stunning. It had a big tv as far a hotels go. The only negative thing i have to say is that there was not air conditioning, when I arrived it was 85 in the room and it only cooled down to 70 by the next morning. The breakfast was average but it was free. They also had a cute gift shop/store at the front desk with reasonable prices.

Nice view but the room was not very clean.

When we checked in, everything went good at the office. When we got to our room, we were a little surprised on the layout. The King bed was in the main area and the queen bed was in the bedroom. The dresser in the bedroom had sand in the drawers, the light fixture over the bathroom sink was very dusty/dirty, sand on the floor by the bathroom, and the room overall didn't seem very clean. There was no screen on the slider going out to the deck. The view was amazing and it was fairly quiet during our stay. The lower parking lot is very tight. For most of the parking spaces, the shrubs and bushes were growing into the parking spaces. You risk scratching your paint on your vehicle if you fully pull into some of the spots. When i shared these things on checkout, they didn't seem that concerned.

The staff always very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would hope. The recently remodeled the sauna which was very nice. I will definitely return to property!!

The location was great, awesome staff. View was awesome! Furniture in the room was a little sandy when we go there, but it is a hotel on the beach. The walk to and from the beach is a bit of a workout.

Fantastic ocean views from the room and an excellent lounging area overlooking the ocean. Pool, sauna hot tub area has evening adult hours. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful surprise we found in this hotel. The check in was great and we were presented with French Press coffee for our room. What a great touch! The view from the room and access to the beach was a 10 out of 10! We will be back!

The hotel staff were kind and tried to be helpful with the issues we had. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and we let them know it. I would have hoped that they would have checked in advance that the room we were to stay in was one of the ones that were in good/great condition. The room was clean, thankfully, the staff are conscientious and seem to care about their job. The window seals however, were so blown that the view was like looking through cloudy glass, making photos of the ocean impossible. The people above were noisy on night 2 so it was difficult to sleep. The cable quit one night and we had to get a master remote to log into our own apps to see any shows to relax in the evening. The windows were "Stopped at about 4" so no one could break in" (on the second floor) Hmmm. So the room was warm and there was no A/C. The staff brought us a fan to help but it was so dusty we just left it off and dealt with it another night. There was no offer of a comped night in the future, a move to a different room or a discount. This maybe, would be ok, IF it was just any day for people but it was a big let down for our anniversary. I emailed management but never heard back. The breakfasts were tasty. Not top quality but better than some we have experienced in other hotels. So that was ok. I loved the beach access though it is a long walk down and then back up again, for some it would be too difficult but we made it ok and enjoyed our walks on the beach. Check in and out was easy.
