The first night we stayed there were only 2 cups with the coffee maker, which didn’t work, and no other cups or glasses for drinking, brushing teeth or taking medication. There was no batmmat for the shower. The shower floor was slippery when wet , no non slip strips or other textured finish to prevent slipping and falling (we are both 77 years old). The only ice machine on the floor was broken, I had to go up to the 3rd floor for ice. When I checked with the concierge for maps and info on the island, she was rude, too busy texting on her phone.

For the price point the stay was satisfying. Not fancy but clean in the room. Bathrooms upgraded. Hallway carpeting soiled. Food okay, not great. Quiet and access to beaches.

The bottom floor ocean view with the little patio to sit and look at the sea was perfect. We used it frequently at night.

Housekeeping was well below expectations. We were given a room that was the furthest from everything. The ice machines were broken for most of our stay. It was a real hassle just to get ice.

The staff were great, the rooms were clean, very spacious and they offered fun activities to participate in! Location is close to airport, Coconut Marketplace and the Smith Luau! Elevator is pretty small to get a wheelchair in but we made it work. Overall, we loved our stay here!

Worst place I’ve stayed at in some time. My names was wrong on the reservation. The WiFi didn’t work. Most of the wall outlets in my room were not functional. TV don’t even work. Staff was unconcerned in general. Wish I went somewhere else.

Loved the protected beach for the kids! On wavy days, logs washed in and once they were flipping on the shore, were a little dangerous with the waves. But don’t think that was Hilton’s issue as the beach is public. Overall, would stay here again for sure!!
