The food served was a nice perk. Evening arrivals were met with a crockpot of stew! One big disappointment was the height of the beds. My mother being 4’11” had to be hoisted up with my brother and I. That was bad. We were helped to get a ground floor room and staff were awesome. But mobility assistance could be improved. Bathrooms with bars. Beds that allow for a walker to get near them! Height should be standardized. It seemed like our room was for men over 6 feet!

Ok. It was nice and clean, so that was good. A little older feeling, and the walls are thin. The breakfast was on the poor side; waffles and few other things, but they were running low on a lot of things, the garbage was full to overflowing, and the breakfast room is tiny.

Aged, not cleaned well.

Overall, the hotel was older so no elevator, no pool and carpet was worn down. Staff were very kind, and as I was checking in they were handling a complaint from another guest that had a very dirty room on arrival My beds were clean and comfortable in my room, the bathroom looked clean with new towels, ammenities organized but after lifting the lid to the toilet there was still urine on the bowl that had not been cleaned. I wiped down the room myself.
