This new to the rental market townhome in the Reserves of Nassau is ready for your vacation stay!

The first floor features an open living, dining and kitchen area as well as a screened porch. Also found on this level is the master bedroom with private bathroom. The second floor has three additional bedroom and two full bathrooms. Lots of space for everyone!

Take a dip in the community pool or jump on the bike trail for a ride into Lewes or even down to Rehoboth Beach. The possibilities are endless!

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Dissatisfied with communication and property with problems
There were several aspects to the rental property that were problematic. - 1st floor bathroom shower door would not slide (which we fixed) - top of glass table in dining room was not anchored to glass legs. This caused the glass table top to shift/move up and down with even light pressure- this was a serious safety issue especially with young children in the home. - toilet seat in master bathroom was cracked - grill was incredibly dirty (which we cleaned) - old clothes were in washer Also, notably, we noticed the dishwasher leaking. We placed a call regarding this and a technician and plumber came very quickly, determining that either a new motor was needed, or a new unit entirely. It sounded like the owner was wanting the part replaced, and that this was likely to be delivered 2-3 days after. We never received any further communication regarding this, and the dishwasher was non-functional for virtually our entire week stay.
