Bobby was awesome! Easy to talk to, ensured all our needs were met all weekend, and had a smile on his face all the time! We were there to go antiquing for my husbands birthday, close to everything and clean. We will be back soon, ran out of time!

Nice hotel but management needs to pressure public officials to fix potholes leading to the parking lot.

One step below the No Tell Motel

This will be my last stay at a Hilton property. Tired of getting not having a quality stay. Low water pressure, hard to regulate AC systems, inoperative elevators and terrible management of the breakfasts. For the price of a Hampton room i get all the accommodations of a No Tell Motel. There are far better properties out there and most of them actually care about the customers.

Always clean. Breakfast options were good. We were there 4 days. It was a little different each day. Always hot coffee and each day a flavored water to refresh when you wanted. The pool was nice but we had to clean it ourselves each day. Not sure about the service provided for this location but the pool could Have definitely been cleaner. The skimmer was not on at any time we were out there and we were in the pool every day with our grandson. It wasn’t green or anything. Just floating leaves and bugs all over. And the skimmer was never on.

It was only a one night stay. Staff was very friendly. Check in was quick and easy, room was ready a little early. We will return for our next teip to Mt Dora.

The elevator was down several times . The breakfast was good, but was out of several items. And we were not last minute to the breakfast... Beds were rather hard for my comfort..
