Unfortunately the pillows for our king room we the size of throw pillows and when we asked for 2 more front the front desk were told they did not have any because the hotel was sold out… so we waited for the next front desk shift asked again and was helped out with 2 more throw size pillows.. thank goodness! The breakfast area was very disappointing, orange juice was out of order, the 4 slice toaster only worked on 1 side and it took several minutes to toast up my bread and the hotel employees expressed their feelings of the non working items and nothing to replenish items for guests to eat and Mentioning how the owner of the hotel is not concerned with order item selections when hotel staff have sent over inventory item to replace.. such a shame and embarrassing..

Ended up here because we could not stay another night at quality inn leesburg/chainof lakes. We were lucky they had a room available. The 2 girls at front desk one was Lori and I am not sure if the other girls name amazing people. They were checking people in and cleaning rooms as they had just had 2 housekeepers leave with a substantial amount of rooms dirty. They were still smiling and very helpful. Definitely recommend this place. I never got the other girls name I wish I did because she was hustling to get the job done. Definitely recommend staying here. And definitely would suggest they teach all new employees to be like the 2 kind ladies working that day. We stayed here 11-16 for a softball tournament

Visiting parents in The Villages and this is probably the closest hotel. The price was good and the room and facilities were clean. My only complaint would be that my room was so humid, yes even for Florida. The ac was cold but couldn't knock down the humidity.

Fantastic Hotel
It was during hurricane Milton. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was clean, neat and most important did not smell like mildew. I would highly recommend this hotel.
