I did not stay there. They cancelled my reservation 2 days before my check in because they overbooked. My reservation was placed 2 months ago. This screwed up my entire weekend plans. The manager said there was nothing he could do. I doubt it was overbooked when I made the reservation. If it was then someone doesn’t know how to do their job. If it wasn’t then someone still doesn’t know how to do their job.

Had an issue at check in when the room I reserved was not available, I ended up with a room that cost less than I paid through Expedia and the woman at the front desk was unable to help rectify the situation. I asked for a refund of the difference between what I paid vs the rate of the lower room on pure principle. She said the GM was out for the weekend and would call me Monday to rectify the situation. It’s now Thursday and still no call. I guess they don’t care about reoccurring business because my family and I are big time travelers and will never visit this Fairfield or another ever again.

This was a last minute room after another hotel had incorrectly marketed their rooms. So glad to be able to find one, even with the fair going on at expo slept great and was unable to hear any noise from inside hotel

The mattress was completely shot. This is new hotel and they have bad mattress. Had to check out 3am. They put weird charges on my cc and did not know what they were when I questioned them!! Could not get receipt cause the customer service person was having trouble with the printer. When I complained about room and that I didn’t get what I paid for (bed I could sleep in) they would not do anything. Told manager was going to call to explain things. Never called. I will never stay there again.

Decent little spot right on the edge of lebanon. Alot of cop traffic which was a bit worriesum because if you know lebanon you know their police are on a massive ego fueled power trip whjch made us a bit apprehensive about staying but the fairfield inn was awsome and clean ! Thanks to the staff there !

Disappointing

Unfortunately, the indoor pool was freezing. Then the whole 3rd floor lost TV & WiFi for that evening & still nothing in the morning. I ate at the buffet & got food poisoning-vomited an hour later. Reported issues to Hotels.com & directly with the hotel.
