Note* Garage and host suite (area above garage) is off limits. It is separated with a double wall from the rest of the house, and accessible by garage. Host Suite does not conflict at all with the main part of the house and has its own separate entrance/exit.

The host lives in the host suite onsite located above the garage. Should you have any questions, concerns or emergent needs to better enjoy your stay the host will be on site or can be reached by phone or text.

- Absolutely NO smoking indoors! Any smoking will result in guest being charged full amount of following reservation. ($1000+)

- No unauthorized events/gatherings/parties (please inquire for any events)

- 8 GUEST MAX No unauthorized guests on property. Guest count is monitored by ring doorbell camera. Please ask for special event pricing for extra guests/visitors.

- No pets allowed

- No Commercial use without permission

- Please respect neighbors; Quiet times from 10 pm on weekdays and 12 am weekends.

- All reservations required to sign a separate Rental Agreement from Peachtree Leisure Homestays (please check email after booking)

Security Deposit:
All bookings require a $300 security deposit hold. This is not a charge and only a hold on the card. Will be released within 4 days of check out. (Please check email after booking)

Things that will result in partial/total loss of security deposit:
- Any kind of smoking inside of the house (smoke detectors are installed)
- Damage to the property beyond normal wear/tear
- Unauthorized gatherings/parties
- Breaking max guest rule
