The only huge problem we had was waiting for the shuttle driver to pick us up which took over 21/2 hours to be picked up. Lots of confusion in calling the front desk and he communicating with the driver. Seen other hotel shuttles picking up customers at 4 or 5 times while we waited in the extreme windy and cold weather. The drop off shuttle to the airport was great!

I was still charged and paid a full booking even when I cancelled the reservation. That is stealing and very unfair on the hotel and expedias part. How will you feel if you are treated that way. I tried messaging them and called Expedia as well but nothing has been done yet . Shame on you all, you don’t treat customers like that . How do you charge me when I never benefited from you. Am gonna sue you all

This is not a luxury resort, it’s a 35 year old hotel in a convenient location in an URBAN center. Rooms are tidy and clean, towels are bright and clean, bathrooms cleanly but I’ll admit tired looking. There SEEM to be visual upgrades in the works. It was a GREAT DEAL for the JFK area and the breakfast offering was fresh and offered in a Clean and organized manner. Carrot bread rec! The airport shuttle is a great benefit, and the staff while having a ‘cool urban edge’ were friendly and helpful. If the need arises we will HAPPILY stay there again.

Our room is really dirty. I found a comb with hair. Bathroom floors everywhere in hair or body hair. I don’t know.And our rooms a really smelling bad. Almost non airless. And employers also so mean.
