Always enjoy my stay here. The price is reasonable and the rooms are clean and comfortable for the age of the hotel. I alsi like that i dont have to go through the casino to get to my room. They are real friendly.

Did not like being put in pet room when we did not have any pets. We made are reservations well in advance. There was plenty of open rooms when we checked in. Animal noise. Bathroom sink faucet handle not secure and loose. The heater started making noise at night called front desk. They sent person out around 9:00 PM. Not making noise. Nothing they can do. I told them I would be calling them back when heater unit start making noise again around 11:00 called front desk again. I recorded noise on my phone they sent person out (different person, graveyard person) was very nice. Played recording of noise for him. He was going to change out heater in middle of night. Again A VERY NICE PERSON. Told him we can get thru the night. Don’t want to disturb other people. Next morning called front desk to see when someone would be out. They said about 1 hour. Waited about 1hour 45 minutes. No one showed. Called front desk. I told them if it would be easier just move us to different room they did. Room was nicer than 1st room. Room had adjoining door people next door very noisy like door was open you could hear everything they were saying. Very loud thru the night. Not happy
