great location
I like the view of the strip and room was great. The staff at the desk where very nice. The only issue I had, I wish they could do better was the very late check in at 4 pm. The other hotels I stayed in where 3 pm and sometimes they would like you check in a little earlier . Not a big thing, but after traveling so long. It would had been nice to get into our room and relax.

7 of us got 2 condos for 3 nights. The space was what we needed but the property and the condos could use an upgrade. The fire alarm went off at 1:30am. That was a drag. All it did was tell us to stand by. Weird. Our smoke alarms needed new batteries, so they chirped until we could get maintenance to replace the batteries. So it was a fun filled weekend of fire safety fun. The condo itself was fine, nothing special. Kinda reminded me of going to an old ski area and staying in their run down condos. Could use some new furniture and paint. Lipstick on the pig would help a lot. If you want something really nice, go somewhere else. With that said, we had a good time so all is good.

Good location, very dated and not very clean.
When I arrived I was checked in and sent to another building up an alleyway. The property is very dated and wasn't very clean. Some of the furniture and carpet in the room were stained and damaged. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel was better than expected after reading the reviews. One weird experience, when using the elevator to go out for dinner, it would not go down to the ground floor (only second), so took some time to find the fright elevator to get to the ground floor.

Overall a wonderful stay at Jockey Club. Although outdated, room was very clean. Like other comments, view of a cement wall wasn’t the greatest, but the location, no resort fee, free parking and a more quiet vibe is what makes this place worthwhile. It’s definitely not the glitz and glamour of the big casino hotels, but it was always nice to come back after a full day, to relax and wind down.

This property used to be clean and good now it’s dirty and old furniture and smelly carpet i rather stay in a motel 6 i have been staying at the jockey club for the past 15yrs peoples at the front desk dont have any manners they are very rude dont care about the customers i will never stay here again i guess they are under new management please dont stay here it is a dump i found condoms under my bed on the floor they were used this place needs to be closed down

I love this location and the room size when traveling with more than two people. This is most definitely an older out dated place but they keep it very clean. My main issue was check in. We were definitely treated poorly because we booked through a “third party” we were told we were not guaranteed the same check in time as the other guests. We were traveling in the summer with items that needed refrigeration and were left in the lobby to wait for over an hour past check in time while other guests were being helped. We did finally ask a different person to help us and the experience started to improve.

The rooms could use updating. The caulking around the toilet wasn’t even on the toilet it was all over like a toddler applied it. The corners of the room could use a vacuuming and the carpet was atrocious. Also found a false eyelash on my towel. Yuck.

Great place right in the middle of the Las Vegas Boulevard strip yet very quiet. A couple hundred feet and you're right on the strip and a bus stop. Price is better than most hotels and the suite has all the amenities you could need.
