All was great. For the exception of Saturday nights 2:00 a.m. ugliest disturbance and 6:00 a.m. disturbance from Ramada employee knocking loudly. Asking young man and babies to leave..

The checking in process was really annoying I arrived at 10 am and checkout in was at 3pm. The receptionist was not being helpful and not trying to accommodate us so we had to wait in the parking lot for hours

The beds and pillows need a serious update. The bed frame in our room squeaked so loud with minor movements. The mattress and pillows both felt lumpy and uncomfortable. And the water pressure in the shower was so strong it was difficult to shower with it. Parents with children beware! We checked in late so nothing was going on in the hotel but the place looked like it would be awesome When full of people.
