Upon returning to our room after being out all day we found that the room had not been serviced. The bed was not made, used towels still lying in the tub. I called the front desk to ask for service to the room and was told that the hotel does not provide daily room service, this was not explained on check in. The staff said they would service the room if we requested. I requested service and after 90 minutes no service was provided. We heard someone yelling in the hall. When I opened the door I found several house keeping staff yelling at one another in their attempt to clean other rooms. I asked the housekeeping staff to please try to keep their voices down and requested they clean my room at their first opportunity. They cleaned the room within a hour. On the first night of my stay the UNM football team were guests of the hotel. The players in the room next to us created a lot of noise jumping on the floor, opening and closing drawers and playing a video game until 11 pm. On the second night of our stay a private party was booked in the hotel’s event room. The music was so loud it caused a vibrating in our room. You could literally feel the bass. After complaining to front desk staff we were told the event would end at midnight and there was nothing they could do about the excessive music other than apologize and comp a breakfast the next day. The tub spicket constantly leaked and the towel rack was grossly rusted. I would not stay at this hotel ever again.

The rooms are clean and the staff were SO amazing. Very nice and courteous and seemed to like their job. On-site restaurant was great and good bar area.

Love the text service before we arrived. Would have been nice to know the bar and restaurant are closed on Sundays and Mondays, since we arrived on Monday. There has to be a better way to request servicing our room, because it was missed. The staff then went above to right the situation.

Antiquated mechanical systems hot water did not work properly took at least 20 to 25 minutes for it to warm up general manager, was not responsive. Would never go back nor advise anyone to use this facility
