Good but not Great stay.
Well, I made the trip on Saturday morning. Upon arrival, the front desk attendants did not notify us about an issue city-wide with the water. This issue had been in place for a few days, and I was not informed at all. I had to find out from someone at a restaurant nearby.

I really like the building it was very nice, I enjoyed the bar and the morning breakfast was very good. The only thing I was not pleased with was the A/C in my room did not cool very well. The lowest the temp got to was 72.

Best stay in Laredo, in the last 20 years, been going every Summer to visit family. Where we used to stay has gotten really sketchy, sadly, so we tried Emb. Stes. Everything was great! No complaints! I would say, though, the 3rd floor hallways are ready for new carpet, a bit worn. And breakfast buffet was biscuit heavy on weekdays, I guess pancakes are only Sunday. But I'm nitpicking, these are little things. Rooms were perfect, bath, shower excellent, quiet nights. Loved it! Staff was super friendly housekeeping got after it and picked up the room early each day, no having to beg for it at 5pm cause of short staffing. This happened at the other place, more than once. Will definitely stay at Embassy Suites again! *****

Very friendly staff and great room service. Very clean! The mall is walking distance, and not to mention how safe the area is. Friendly and well patrolled areas.
