The Staff was great especially the Head of Maintenance. He worked his tail off keeping the pool and Hot Tub clean. We enjoyed our stay and we'll be back.

Had a great stay. Katrina and Joseph were both so pleasant to chat with and happy to help. Had 3 rooms, 4 adults and 4 kids and everyone had a blast. The pool and hot tub were great, breakfast had a ton of options. Will definitely stay again if back in Laramie.

Needs updating.
Hotel is tired and in need of a renovation. Carpets are badly worn, bed was uncomfortable, towels were threadbare. Got room on the top floor because of animal allergies, as front desk staff said guests with pets were assigned to lower floors. Woke up with eyes swollen shut. Staff admitted that pets were allowed in all rooms. I understand that many people travel with pets, but some rooms should be designated "pet-free".
