It was great until the hotel left their ozone cleaner running during the stay, sending our friend we booked the room for to the emergency room. The smell was so strong when we went to retrieve his items that we were immediately sick. Hotel staff admitted to the smell being their ozone cleaner, and offered to comp his room for free. HE IS IN THE HOSPITAL! Doctors said if he didn’t call his own ambulance when he did, he would be dead! He spent two days in a room that made him so sick he’s been admitted to the hospital for who knows how long. How often does this happen? Beyond unacceptable and dangerous. The right thing would have been to alert other hotel guests and have the entire facility tested to ensure no one else was hurt. Instead they checked the adjacent rooms and called it good. Do better before it costs someone their life.

Overall, it was what we expected for an overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and the suite clean. There were a few things that needed attention but they were small. Namely, small tv and remote didn’t work. Also, shower faucet leaked.

The air conditioning unit was leaking onto the rug so the rug was all wet . Two lightbulbs weren’t working at the coffee bar. However, the staff wanted to help and planned to get things fixed and the breakfast was good.

LACK of service
We stayed 7 years ago, and again this year. I remembered a GREAT facility and excellent amenities. However I realize we were traveling for work during the holidays, but there was ZERO house cleaning staff to help. I had to request new bedding but was told I would have to do it myself as there was no staff. I had to request toilet paper, new towels, and tried to get a vacuum. The vacuum never showed up and I had to retrieve the rest myself. I was disappointed in overall LACK of service. I also had to ask multiple times for the coffee maker to be fixed/cleaned Without a breakfast provided it was hard not even to have coffee. Last day it was fixed and much appreciated!
