The property was lovely and my family and I greatly enjoyed the wonderful food at the restaurant. The rooms had a nice farmhouse aesthetic. We stayed in the carriage house. Unfortunately, the walls were thin and we could hear the people in the next room talking and coughing.

Its a tradition to visit Lancaster each year for peace tranquility and a visit to the Sight & sound theatre. This was my second time staying at Hershey and first time in the farmhouse. I love the idea of walking straight into our room - the room could use some TLC- such as fresh paint, I unclogged the bath tub myself which was filled with a lot of hair - no big deal I suppose. We were informed there are future plans to renovate some of the rooms and we are excited about that. The new restaurant is GORGEOUS, fresh and updated. We LOVED it! The pool is great and overall grounds well maintained. I will always choose Hershey farm and hope they freshen up their rooms in the farmhouse as these options are great for ♿ accessibility. Their staff are all so pleasant -overall a great experience.

Beautiful property. Excellent location, especially to the Sight and Sound theater. Buffets at breakfast and dinner were amazing. Staff very pleasant. Check in a breeze.

This place was misleading. I thought we were going to stay on a working farm, but it’s a tourist trap with a tiny run down shed in the back with a few goats and chickens in cages. The smorgasbord was truly awful. Inedible mush. The carriage house was like a bad motel with a bathroom door that didn’t work. When I arrived I asked three staff members where to go for check in and no one could tell me. Do not recommend.

Very Comfortable beds and great food

We stayed in the carriage house. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. One concern was about 8 people piled into the room next to us. We were thankful they weren't too loud. Also, the tub makes a horrible noise when you use the tub.

Initial room looked like a bad motel 6. We shocked since in cost $250/night! We complained and they put us into a newer and nicer room but only for 1 night since it was booked after that. We had to change hotels. Not happy.

Not impressed at all. Smaller than expected, not at all worth the money. Bathroom door was a sliding barn door, not so much on privacy. My back is still suffering from the king size bed. I must add the room was immaculate. Unfortunately their restaurant was still under construction.

Overall, my daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The complimentary breakfast was good; the wait staff was friendly and attentive. I wish the restaurant and shoppes were open when we went, but that part of the hotel was still under construction. The outdoor pool and hotel grounds were nice. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because there were water stains on the white sliding bathroom/closet doors in our room. It was the first thing my daughter and I noticed when we entered. In addition, I killed two spiders that were in the bathroom during our stay. Therefore, I questioned the cleanliness of the room. I shared this feedback with the front desk upon check out.

The hotel was quiet, clean with fresh paint and decor. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. It was conveniently located near many Lancaster attractions. We’d love to come back once the restaurant and shopping construction is complete. The only downside was the mattresses which were very soft and sunken in on one side. I hope they get new mattresses before we come back!

Comfortable place to stay with our family which included young children. Front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. Kids loved pool and onsite breakfast. Good location for all the sites.

Work in progress!

Room nice .. but paving being done outside and when we got there found out the restaurant was being remodeled and couldn’t be used . We still enjoyed the area and will stay again when we are in the area
