I was most impressed by the staff, ease of check-in, and most especially the awesome level of soundproofing in our room. I could see traffic from our window including large trucks but could not hear a thing! We slept like babies here! Comfy bed. Everything super clean. Would definitely stay again. Great value.

Although our room was supposed to be ready at 3 pm and wasn’t ready until 4:30 pm, the person at the front desk was very nice. She seemed overworked and deserved more help. She handled the situation very well. My brother in law had the same issue and he had the same experience. The hotel was very clean and quiet.

The check in was the worst experience I have had in a long time. Hotel said reservation was for the following month and they couldnt help since it was booked through hotels.com. Being able to talk to hotels.com was a 30-45 min wait on hold. Just to be told the dates were correct and the hotel staff should have the correct dates. At the end had to be given a refund for a hotel stay and rebook there at the hotel counter.

Two thumbs up.
Very comfortable and convenient. Everything was very low-key. Check-out time isn't posted in the room. It's 11:00AM, but nobody seemed to care. The only downside is that they didn't have enough luggage carts. Overall, I would recommend, and I will stay there again.
