From the front desk staff, to the restaurant/bar/cafe staff everyone was amazing. The rooms were clean and well stocked. Even with a masquerade party happening on Saturday night the noise level was minimal. We had a wonderful stay!

I really liked the staff and how clean and modern this hotel was and I would loved to have given it a 5 star rating but what changed that rating was the bed at this hotel.. The mattress was HARD AND LUMPY at the same time!!! I really didn’t get any sleep.. I didn’t complain to the hotel staff because I came with a big family and quite a few of us had the same complaint about the mattress so I decided that all the mattresses were probably that way, so why bother especially since we were only staying one night.. But other than that it was a beautiful hotel and excellent staff!!! The warm cookies that they give you at check in was AMAZING!!

Good Place
The entire staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Our room was comfortable the only downside was the bathroom was a little small and not as updated like other hotels we have stayed at. Overall the hotel was very clean and inviting. We ate at the hotel and the food was decent and the prices were inline with what you received. Alex the bartender was exceptional and very personable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it’s location in Lancaster is in approximately to many places you would want to visit.

I am a cleaning a lady. I clean for a living and all I kept thinking was how unsanitary it was. There was dog pee multiple times inside and outside right at walk way and there was pee stains on my toliet and finger prints all over the windows, leather couch, microwavewas distrusting. I just feel like somone could be there more often keeping up with lobby and other areas other than the rooms. Its very pretty there, but very dirty.
