Staff was super nice and accommodating. The only complaint would be the doors did not seal and you could see the light and hear the sounds from the hall. And Even though there was a posted quiet time there were kids/teens running up and down the hall knocking on our door and running off.

There are ants all over the room. Water comes occasionally too hot, careful if traveling with kids. Breakfast is worst! Front staff does not even smile or say hi. I am not going back.

We stay at this hotel Everytime we come to see a show at a nearby location. It is close to shopping and plenty of food places. The continental breakfast is good. The rooms are clean.

clean and the beds were comfortable, but the room was so unappealing. Ugly tan/yellow cement walls without any decoration and no curtains -just very ugly shades. My daughter said it looked like a prison, which would have been funny if it wasn’t true

Comfortable stay but not the cleanest

Comfortable room, but felt a little odd with one small window with no curtains or window treatments (blackout shade works though!). The bed was very comfortable but some of the furniture/walls are old and beat up, and the fridge was dirty and leaky. Overall it was comfortable but just didn’t feel the cleanest of Comfort Inns. Staff was nice and breakfast and amenities were good. The property seemed pretty quiet overall, however the Rockvale shops complex surrounding the hotel seems almost abandoned.

Comfortable Stay

The room was spacious and very clean. The King bed was so comfortable! The bath was spotless and there was plenty of hot water for a relaxing shower. Front desk agents were helpful and friendly. This was our second time at this location and we would definitely stay again.
