The property is close to everything. Ive never been disappointed til this last visit.It was late and i couldnt get the air conditioner to stay on. We had to sleep with fan option because it was the only one that would come on. For some reason the air conditioner came on for us in the morning

Mostly excellent. The assembly at the sink .. the metal piece that moves making the water warm or cold was detached- needing to be reattached- which I reported to the gentleman at front desk in the morning.

Solid middle of the road establishment. Staff was pleasant. Amenities were average. Room was a bit dated but location was convenient to Lancaster attractions. I would stay here again but felt it was a bit pricey for a dated property.

The hotel room was dingy and unwelcoming. The rooms are not updated and the hotel refused to clean our room. We were told it wasn’t in the contract. I have never experienced this before.
