Everything on the breakfast menu was cold. The service was ok. The walk to breakfast was far from our room. The room itself was nice.

Friendly, helpful staff. The pools and hot tub are nice, although they needed to be tended to and cleaned. Our room was clean, just very run down, our bathroom was very small.

We always enjoy our stay at Bird-in-Hand. Staff is so very friendly and helpful, even though they are undergoing construction after a fire at their restaurant, everything ran smoothly, and their temporary restaurant was great! Looking forward to coming back!

We have stayed here before it is vey nice, clean and convenient to all the Amish shops, Farms close to the train shop for kinds of trai parts, trains all models and sizes. Definitely will be back

I have stayed here in the past so did not hesitate to book again..given a room in what I would consider the ground floor or basement level...the 200's section. You could see the pool off to the side and some garden area. after we got settled I noticed an odor in the room...chlorine or chemical...I would have moved but my family member did not want to...after returning from dinner I noticed the room was more of a musty smell. The bed was awful as were the pillows...the mattress was lumpy and you had to make sure you moved to the middle of the bed to be somewhat comfortable. I had not encountered this in the past. The bathroom is tiny. I was disappointed in my stay as I have stayed in the past in various rooms and not encountered these issues. If I were alone I would have pushed for a different room. I am not sure if I would return to this hotel based on this. I did mention the mattress to the clerk upon checking out and she said she "would mention it to them". I was not asked at check out how my stay was so I offered the comments to them about the mattress.

It was my first time by that area no much information about how things are . Sunday more area closed. Monday too no place to eat near on monday . Their restaurant closed on monday. Too other places close at 6pm for dinner .

Management should be fair with all the guests no matter how you book I was told that because I booked my room with Expedia I wasn’t getting the welcome cake not nice been coming here over 40 years

It’s over 90 degrees in PA outside pool has only 3 umbrellas for the entire area both inside pools need a good shot of cleaning bed was made and not great pillows just flung on the bed the noise from down the hall room # 248 was very loud TV on the floor above us on very loud all night and I honestly don’t know how many people are allowed in each room as the chatter was so annoying and very loud on our floor

They don’t explain to you before you sign and initial the policy of not smoking and not using anything to heat food they just tell you to put your initials and sign everything is in small print the new locations of the restaurant the food is very bad

I love coming to Bird in hand family inn. My family and I have gone atleast once a year for the past 10 years. This last time the experience was different. I believe they are remodeling but I am not sure. The pool area was extremely unclean. There’s was mold around the hot tub and the pool looked very dirty. That unfortunately made our experience not so pleasing as we usually love their amenities. We decided against getting in. Hopefully they bring the place back up to healthy conditions.

Everything was good clean property pools were nice the only problem we had was bed was too small for me and my husband and in the buildings not in the main hotel it was hard to get WiFi signal
