A Little disappointed
Property needs a facelift. Flooring in kitchen area coming up and tripping hazard. Bathroom caulking needs replacing. Property outside the fence to drive car through is a mess. Certainly didn't show pride of ownership. On the positive side, bed linens and towels were ample and very clean as well as supplies for toilitries, condiments and kitchen supplies. Has a lot of potential but needs some work. We did enjoy our stay in WPB

Last trip
This was a third yr coming down. Due to being much more expensive than previous we have decided to not come back. There was no wash cloth or tissues, so we went to Walmart and bought some. No wastebaskets in bedrooms. Had two beds in one bedroom that blocked the closet and closets were stuffed with items . No bed stand. Very hard to get into dresser drawer. . We did enjoy being close to the beach and shopping. If these changes are made and price would come down I would highly recommend . We really have have made so wonderful memories there.😍

My observations
The three of us are all seniors over 70. We only ate out about 6 times and always for lunch. All other meals were cooked. I noticed somethings were missing from the kitchen, as follows: -x-there is no cutting board -x-there are no oven mitts -x-there was no roasting pan, or other oven ware There is a significant need for better non-stick pots and pans. The ones provided are badly scratched and therefore stick. In fact, one fry pan is warped. The glasses and dishes need replacing as some are chipped. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was cosy and the beds were very comfortable. While we were there we had to replace the battery in the ceiling smoke detector in the kitchen.

Plenty of room for the whole crews
The place is beautifully laid out! We had 5 total women staying and it was fabulous! Even with one bathroom it worked fine! Sandra was available at anytime.

Wonderful experience
First time renting on vacation. We enjoyed being there and will hopefully be back next year. Everything is close by..beach, stores, bank, post office. Sandra made a trip a very memorable one!! Thanks Sandra
