My room’s a/c was broken, I complained about it, the front desk lady came to check and she was really nice and apologized and brought us a fan but there was nothing she could do because it was late at night, I had a bad night but the next day the manager approved a refund, to me that shows professional and responsible customer service.

The staff at check-in was a bit rude or seemed to be inconvenienced by our presence. There was a lot of noise right outside of our door around midnight that lasted for approximately an hour. The hot water and the cold water are backwards in the bathroom.

Legoland trip
The desk check-in person Malik was very courteous and helpful. Clean room. Lots of places to eat that were close although no nice restaurants only fast food. Pool was nice. Breakfast was good. The next day the desk had no knowledge of Legoland that is a close attraction. Also there should give been a shuttle to the park (only 10 or so minutes away).

This property was fairly clean, but had a strong antiseptic odor that got stronger each time the air conditioning came on. The air was cold, linens were clean, bathroom was fairly clean but there was dust and hairs in the corners- which should be rectified. The property feels like it is in an overgrown, abandoned parking lot and we saw neighborhood teens trying to get into various doors of the hotel on multiple occasions. It felt unsafe- and a bit sketchy but we had no problems or issues while we were there so it may have been just one of those perceptions one gets. All in all, it wasn’t a terrible stay but it just felt off somehow. We will stay at the Hampton next time we are in town. But if we had to stay here we wouldn’t be deterred. The front desk and maids/workers were very nice and helpful. Nice Fall decor and the parking lot and front entry had just been refreshed. Lots of good restaurants around the hotel.
