Great location & property
This property is just north of Northstar and only minutes from Lake Tahoe. Beds are comfortable, room for everyone to gather and great lighting. The master suite is very large with a nice little balcony to watch the stars at night. The kitchen is very well equipped with numerous pots, pans, cookie sheets, measuring utensils, dinnerware etc. and even lots of spices; definitely the best kitchen I've ever seen in a rental property. The only thing that made it not perfect was that there is construction going on just next to the property for some new development of houses or condos. Certainly didn't impact our vacation too much BUT if you like to sleep in, that isn't about to happen, as they start work about 7:00 am. In the future, that may not be a problem at all but in the here & now it was a little hiccup. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. Kids could play in front of the house and had no problems with cars driving by. The A/C works really well. It wasn't too hot outside but the temps were preset. Washer & dryer worked great and you can add BIG loads. Is there a wish list? We wish they had some beach chairs & umbrellas to take to the lake.

Perfect for my family of four. Sleeps 8 so maybe if there is a next time in the near future, we will invite the grandparents to come with us. Beds were super comfortable which I find unusual for vrbo’s. Usually the mattresses are so soft and old feeling. The kitchen was well stocked so we cooked in most meals. It’s in a great location... close to pretty much everything, even a walk/bike path. My only complaint is that there is major construction right behind the unit. Looks like they are putting in more homes of some sort. We happen to be early risers so it did not disturb our sleep. Thank you to the owners for a great week!

Perfect Truckee location. This is our second stay and we will definitely return. Clean, modern, well-equipped property in a perfect location close to downtown Truckee and convenient to Northstar, Martis Camp, Lahontan, etc. The owner is responsive and expects that your stay will be perfect. Best place in Truckee for our family.

Great mountain home!
The house was large enough to accomodate two families with plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped and felt pretty clean. The termostat and all home controls were easy to use and labeled. There were plenty of games and lots of extras in the tv cabinet for entertainment. We would highly recommend this property however, bring your own washcloths because there were only 2 in the entire house!

Had a great stay at this townhouse. The property is clean and modern, outfitted with all of the amenities one needs. Great property for our dogs with a small fenced patio and plenty of open space for walks. Had minor issues with the internet (weak signal) for parts of our stay and DirecTV was out for the last day and 1/2. Other than that, highly recommended!

Perfect townhouse! Everything was clean, basics were provided like pots/pans/dishes etc.
Stayed during the summer which was a perfect location for the family. Townhouse is located within five minutes of skatepark, mountain bike jumps, biking trails, restaurants, etc. North Lake Tahoe is just a quick drive to go to casinos or the lake itself. The townhouse itself was extremely clean and perfect for a family. It even had game systems for the kids to play on. The back patio is private with a table, bbq and hot tub. Would highly recommend.

Townhome Lives Up To Expectations
My husband, 2 teenagers, in-laws and 2 small dogs thoroughly enjoyed this townhome. It was clean and perfect proximity to Northstar and to Downtown Truckee. The best part included very friendly neighbors who were helpful with our questions. It's an ideal place to rent for our small family of 6. The neighborhood is also very quiet.

Perfect winter getaway
Clean, upscale townhouse just 4 miles away from Northstar and minutes away from downtown Truckee. The plus was having the jacuzzi after a long day of skiing. My friends and I would rent this place again in a heartbeat!
