They do not disclose that the entire building is under maintenance when you book and nothing is open. Walking around the casino all you hear is loud drilling all day long. The room was covered in dust. I am trying to find out whey I have weird charges on my credit card but I can't get them to send me the receipt.

Stayed here with my family for new years 2025. Our stay was horrible. We constantly had 20-30 min waits for valet coming in and out of hotel. They did not make up or service the room unless you requested in advance. Broken glasses in the room. Construction noise and debris all over property. Neither front desk or the valet would answer phone. The entire property smells of cigarette smoke even in my non-smoking room.

While the view from our room on the 15th floor was amazing, I was least impressed by the customer service. I had to call FOUR times just to get towels so that we could shower. Once they did deliver them, they just left them in front of the door in a black bag - no knock or anything. They do NOT service your room unless you are staying at least 3 nights. The coffeemaker in the photos is a Keurig but when you get to the room, it's some generic coffeemaker you can only use their coffee pods with so bringing my own Keurig coffee pods was a waste. I was told that Keurigs are only in the suites! Frustrating. Other than that negative and annoying stuff....it was an amazing room that was recently renovated! The view was phenomenal! Close to everything. Barely heard anyone. Shower pressure was good. If you want good coffee, bring your own Keurig unless you're getting a suite or be prepared for crappy coffee or go downstairs and buy one at the coffee shop. I just wish the customer service matched the beauty of the room.

The room was okay. The shampoo was used. The shower had hair all over the walls. No food could be ordered after 1:30 AM. Requested extra pillows for health issues and took over an hour to receive. Was disappointed in the room.

Didn't like that we had to pay for parking. Considering the cost of the room that should have been free. Asked twice for more towels and coffee and never got either. My room was nice and clean, bed was comfy but there is definitely room for improvement!!

We stayed for 3 days 2 nights. The property informed us that the room is not cleaned if you stay for 3 days or less. They can take the trash and change towels if requested but other than that the room was not cleaned during our stay. Consider this when looking for options. The property is walking distance to the ski resort and restaurants.
