Definitely staying again!
Stayed only for 1 night but it was fantastic. They upgraded us when they found out it was our anniversary! Easy check in and valet parking was fantastic, we have a big truck so it’s hard to park at times! Would stay again!

Room was so dated and unappealing. But worst part was how noisy it was in my room. Dogs barking, whimpering or crying from next room or down the hall. You could hear anyone coming down the hallway or slamming their door. The noise was especially bad in the early to late evening as people leave their dogs in their rooms alone or as people go in or out.

In spite of some amenities like the pool and jakuzi that were out of service, and there were ongoing renovations, the stay was good and very convenient as shops and restaurants were walking distance. Although room service was limited to a certain number of days depending on how many days you stay, the room was clean and we could ask for additional towels or bath supplies.

The room was spectacular. Best weve ever stayed in. The facilities themself are, of course, geared around gambling and drinking, which is not our thing .. and choices for breakfast and lunch were surprisingly sparse within the property. But the price was too amazing to pass up. Tahoe itself was just breathtaking. Being there in October, it was chilly, uncrowded, and we enjoyed ourselves greatly.

Spacious Bathroom, comfortable bed, beautiful view. The rooms are in need of updating. Wallpaper is peeling, dirty coffee cups, no microwave, and parking is $20 a DAY!! Casino is rundown and their slot machine selection is pathetic. We haven’t been to Harvey’s in 15 years and after this stay we have no desire to go back.

My experience was absolutely terrible because of the front desk night manager. We came back to our room around 12:15am and found our bathroom flooded due to a leakage from the floor above. Called front desk and nobody picked up. Called again and she finally picked up and said an engineer has to come check it out before we can get another room assigned to us. 30 mins had gone by and nobody came, we were tired and just wanted to shower and go to bed. Called the front desk and she didn’t pick up again. Finally, we went downstairs and she told us that she had just called the engineer right when we got there because she was busy with other guests when there were absolutely no other guests when we went downstairs, she was in the back room doing I don’t know what. Will not be staying at a property like this ever again where managers are utterly useless and full of excuses.

Probably shouldn’t charge a $30 a day resort fee if your hot tub isn’t working when it’s cold outside and you can’t use the pool when you’re already charging for parking

Diabolical parking fees and under renovation
We reserved a king non smoking but were moved into two queen smoking It smelled terrible made us nauseous The vanity light mirror didn’t work and several outlets were non functional there is no microwave no waters There is a coffee maker with powdered creamer ( yuck) The hotel itself is under renovation and there are exposed visible work sites that certainly bring down the overall appeal There really is no reason not to put up a partition so we don’t have to look at piles of paint buckets and ladders etc Parking and resort fees are ridiculous Parking $20-$30 ( guests $20) and resort about $40 So this pretty much adds $60-$70 “ just because” fees to your bill Trying to get out of parking is also ridiculous a long line of people trying to get out each has to call in to verify that they paid meanwhile everyone is waiting in line to also wait… They definitely want your money here first and foremost The wolf restaurant was beautiful,it’s pricy but an experience that’s worth it The people in Reno are very nice as well
