Great property on the lake
Great location, a short walk to Maine street with direct access to Lake Placid. The room was great- I was a little concerned about the self-checking, but it worked fine.

Good spot in Lake Placid
We had a few hiccups when we first arrived and though the property was not staffed we found they were responsive by phone and text. We could walk to downtown, though long, but on well maintained sidewalks. Beautiful views of the mountains over the lake. Grocery store nearby.

Very conviniently located for a hike in the Adirondack's, just 20 minutes away from the Adironadack Loj. Very close to restaurants and shops in Lake Placid. Nice waterfront (Bay) setting. Our room (King room) was slightly tight for the furniture in it (I stubbed my toe on the chair between the bed and bathroom!) but we appreciated all the amenities :)

It was walking distance to town and clean. Couldn’t shut the heat off so had to sleep with the air conditioner on all night even though it was 50° outside. The only way to contact was online. They had no nobody in the office. I didn’t like that.

Notre chambre était propre et bien équipée avec frigidaire et micro-ondes. Bien situé, restaurant McDonald's de l'autre coté de la rue et à distance de marche de la rue Principale et de ses commerces. Coup de coeur pour la cour située au bord de l'eau. Canots et kayaks disponibles. Tables et chaises pour apprécier le magnifique paysage. Le seul point négatif est pour les propriétaires de chiens qui ne ramassent pas les excréments de leur animal sur le gazon. Nous retournerons certainement à cet hôtel !

Checked in at 4pm but room was not ready, bed was not made. After calling customer service we were told there were laundering issues and please come back at 4:30 everything would be ready. At 4:30 room was still not ready, on site staff never got the message. On site staff were super friendly and took care of finishing the room right away. Otherwise everything was great.
