We liked the area however the exhaust did’t work for bathroom which is not that big of a deal. I did talk to front desk and the engineer was supposed to call and come to fix it but never showed up!!

We were told upon check-in that there was construction going on in the hotel. This was new information. "You won't hear anything. It's on a different floor." Incorrect. It was on the floor above us. Though the piece of paper we were given at check-in said work doesn't begin until 9:00 a.m. and will include drilling, the stomping and dropping of heavy materials began at 8:00 a.m. and 30 seconds. Don't try getting any remote work done there. You cannot hear yourself think. On the noise scale of 1 to 10, it was an 8. I would never had booked this had I known. Did Expedia not know? If I'd booked with the hotel itself, would they have disclosed this? We were so strapped for time that we couldn't switch hotels.

Not sure how this hotel got such glowing reviews. Our room was average to poor. Due to the "metal" bed frame that made a screechy noise with any and every movement. The lighting was terrible, particularly at the sink. There was no dresser to store your clothing or usable table top. The microwave was about 18 inches off the ground - basically knee level. Lack of hot water for both days in the shower. A single bar of soap was the only toiletry provided outside the bathroom. The liquid soap, and shampoo were basically the same. There were unsightly stains on the couch cushions (both sides). Breakfast was only until 9am. Absolutely no information in the room whatsoever about the restaurant onsite. Clearly, my expectations were too high. One positive was that the ongoing construction was not really an issue.
