Room 516 smells awful of urine in the bedroom. We had to take bedroom TV and put it in LR because it did not work. Kitchen sink faucet needs to be fix it drips. Other than that, the staff was very nice and breakfast was great.
Nice hotelnfor the price. The hallways could have been cleaner. Room was a great size and comfortable. Staff was amazing! Staff is a big reason as to why I'll be back!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone that would want to stay in the Lake Mary area. I felt so comfortable here. Lovely, helpful staff.

Wrong floor for an overnight guest
The reservation must have had us staying on the extended stay floor - we had to skip the main elevator by the front counter and walk all the way to the back of the hotel to take the one dedicated only to the second floor. The elevator reeked of mold and body odor. Likewise for the hallway to our room - as we walked, we considered cancelling our reservation entirely and finding a new hotel. Thankfully, we get to our room and it smelled and appeared clean. We stayed. The room itself was fine. The procession to get to it, however; was much to be desired. Like I said - it felt like the reservation had us staying on a floor used for low cost housing.
Pros: Sleek room, useful kitchen, pool, “gym,” bathtub, free wifi, no bugs
Cons: Stains, inconvenient location for travel, overpriced lobby snacks, slow room service, no free water, no smart tv
My stay was incredible! I was very impressed with this hotel. The only negative was the $75 incidental fee. I stay in many hotels throughout the year, because I have two kids in college. I have never had to pay more than $20 for an incidental fee. This $75 incidental fee forced me to have to order in on for dinner on Saturday night. It will also probably make me have to choose a different hotel the next time. I am a Hilton Rewards Member, so I was very surprised to be charged $75 at check in.
