This one bedroom one bath is located at the Sam's Beachcomber Resort on the island of Lake Havasu. This home sleeps a family of 4-5 including WiFi for your stay. The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed and dresser with a TV. The living room is furnished with a pull out sofa bed, television, and kitchen table. There is plenty of storage. The kitchen is full of all the essentials for you to make all the delicious meals for you and your family and friends. The oversized patio deck is furnished with lights, table and chairs. There is a BBQ outside for your use. Be willing to adjust your expectations and you’ll have a good time.

The pictures were pretty accurate, so I wasn’t disappointed with what I saw. The location is exactly as expected. It’s Lake Havasu, and Havasu is awesome. My main disappointment with the property was that it was not ready ot have guests. A number of things at the property did not work, and or had not been seen to. I have been a lifelong river enthusiast, so I won’t complain about the bugs. Anywhere you go on the Colorado river you’re going to find those things. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

Don’t let the pictures fool you

Sorry to say we were so disappointed, good location, but old property, in need of repairs, electrical outlets hanging, filthy bbq, tub, not enough wifi, or TV reception, seems like absentee owners, don’t know when they visited property last, knowing we were coming for a month it was in terrible shape! Misrepresented no view, like posted.

Great place to stay!!!

This place is very beautiful with easy access to the beach had so much fun. All the amenities made us feel right at home with the luxury of being steps away from the lake.
