We did not expect to find such a hip modern awesome hotel in Lake Havasu! We absolutely love this hotel. Friendly staff, the room (inferno) was stunning and the location was super walkable and charming. Definitely recommend!

Went for the Witches Paddle (EPIC event) under the London Bridge and the Heat Hotel was the Perfect location to stay at the iconic London Bridge and be right on the Water on the English Channel. There is always so much to do in Lake Havasu City - Michael C., needs a huge shout out !!! all the staff was very accommodating... UNTIL Next Time Magical Havasu!!! Peace Out

The Heat never disappoints!
We love the Heat Hotel and stay here every time in Havasu for a few days! We didn't travel with our dogs this trip, but they are SO dog friendly, which we appreciate greatly! From check in, to maid service, to check out, the service was impeccable. The rooms are updated, clean, comfortable and HUGE! Every room has a stunning view of the London Bridge and the beautiful channel and is walkable to EVERYTHING! For us, there isn't another hotel in Havasu that can beat The Heat (pun intended)!

We arrived at noon and asked if our room was ready because we wanted to dump our luggage. They said YES it was but we’d be charged $35 for an early check in. Never heard of that before. Location is great but the hotel was beaten up. Carpet was dirty. Shower doors were sitting in the hall way for the entire time we were there.

Surprisingly Affordable
We have stayed at Lake Havasu several times in the past, but always thought this hotel would be out of our budget. Surprisingly, it was not. The location is perfect right at the London Bridge. They offer boat slips. Just steps away from your room. The staff was wonderfully welcoming. What an amazing stay!!!
