While staying at this property I was walking to the amusement park when an employee started screaming for help and crawling up the embankment on the other side of the path to the park. When I ran to help her I noticed another male employee running down the embankment fixing his pants. My father found a pipe in the grass near where they had been and eldest son was able to catch the male employee and detain him until help arrived. It took about 10 minutes after another on looker went inside for help for anyone to come and assist actually one manager walked out and turned and went back in the building. Then they were upset my son had called 911 stating hey had in house security but at this point it had been over 15 minutes before they arrived. The point is this place employees rappey people and has drugs on the property. I attempted to contact the property and corporate to follow up on the incident and have yet to hear anything. Expedia also attempted to contact them to no avail for a family establishment you would then no there would have been more outrage and willingness to change help us enjoy the remainder of our stay. Needless to say my children were traumatized by these events

The continental breakfast wasn’t replenished. 3 carafes of coffee empty, a few cereal boxes and lots of packaged sweets. Disappointed with it. I only wanted my morning coffee.

We are from Oregon and we arrived around 11am, the front staff was so kind and let us check into our room early. The room was perfect for what we needed. The water park was so fun and we walked next door to 6 flags amusement park and had a great time. We are at one of the restaurant's in the hotel and it was actually really good. My daughter has fun in the kids club and arcade! Would totally stay again

Needs an upgrade. Everything is very dated and worn. My daughter cut her leg on the bed, the wood trim was broken. Told the front desk and got no real response from them.

We spent two nights for Labor Day weekend, this hotel and water park is not what was expected. The hotel smells, elevator smells, room is very outdated, room door was jammed and very hard to close, the windows were broken and very unsafe if you have kids. The water park is very small and mostly for small kids, the had three big rides and only one was working, the water park is not maintained properly, the concrete was slimy and have a lot of mildew, within the two days that we were there both days we saw kids slipped and hurt their head by just walking. I read all the google reviews about this place and still went giving it the benefit of the doubt, thinking that maybe some people exaggerate the condition of this place, but no they did not, trust the reviews. This was the first time we stayed at this hotel and it will be the last, would rather spend our money elsewhere.
