Every staff member we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. We so appreciated an early check in, as that made life much easier with two grandchildren in tow. They really need to give the whole place a good vacuuming. Elevator, hallway, restaurant, lobby floors were a mess. The room is a little tired but was clean. Water area, lockers were clean. Water was clean. The kids, ages 8 & 5 had an absolute blast!!! It was super nice to take advantage of pool area even after checkout! We ate at the tavern, burgers were delicious. Mac and cheese was literally a scoop (small) of Kraft (for $10!!)Hot dog served on a very stale roll that was not eaten. They need to improve their kid food selections as it is a hotel that caters to families with kids. Prices in gift shop were ridiculous. $5 for a normal size candy bar, I despise being taken advantage of. Also disappointed they removed all Christmas decorations by 11:00 am 12/26. Bottom line though was the kids could not have been happier!! It was a joy to witness!!

Room was clean and comfortable. It included a fridge and a microwave so we could prepare some simple food in the room, plus there was cereal/snack bars to grab for breakfast. But the highlight was the water park. Lots of fun for all the family, we all really enjoyed it. There appeared to be several other activities and events for younger kids as well but we didnt take part in those.

Overall great experience. Went with kids between the ages of 5-14 and they all had a great time. Christmas decorations were so charming and staff was incredibly nice. Downside was not having a safe in the room for passports or other important items. Beds are very uncomfortable. Mattresses need to be updated. Pull out couch had a very old, worn out uncomfortable mattress so definitely not to be counted as an extra bed.

When the ref is open, we saw the freezer part is not clean, looked like frozen spills from something. Dust everywhere, from TV stand to table. Other than that, our stay was good.

90 percent of staff were absolutely miserable. The restaurant hotel took way longer than I have ever experienced. The waterpark was fantastic, but the actual hotel and staff were honestly horrible.

Cold water, poor management, no quality standards
Water in the water park was freezing cold. Parking lot was an ice rink although it hadn’t snowed in a week. We told the front desk on check in that the parking lot needs salt and they stated “I know it does but there is nothing I can do about that, I’ve only worked here two weeks and don’t know who takes care of it”. Save your money and go to great wolf lodge. Water park was not busy but the lines for attractions were long due to not many tubes and broken equipment. They are running on a shoestring and should be embarrassed.

Water park was small and crouded 40 todlers in a pool the size of an small inground pool. 25 kids in line for the qave ride. Food was what you would expect mass proccessed junk nothing healthy really available unless you left. The worst was the paper thin walls and plastic sheets. What you dont clean or you have bed bugs! Poor excuse for a resort. Save your money go to Pump House in Jay Peak VT.

We had a wonderful time it was decorated for Christmas it was beautiful. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Very clean and they also had a complimentary breakfast. I would recommend this resort
