Only the second floor is convenient to stay on. Can’t access rooms through the pool level so frustrating to haul luggage up and down stairs. Staff at check in was great. Check out was only OK.

Old facility with poor elevators. The grounds were very well kept. Staffing was poor. Outside pool area was not well staffed. The older gentleman shuttling the golfers to the course was very nice. It would have been nice if he did a run to the downtown area for people who were not golfing. The coffee at the cafe in the lobby was terrible. Most likely would look for another place to stay when I visit again.

We had a great stay, the staff was friendly, the outdoor spaces were gorgeous and the food at the italian restaurant was outstanding at accommodating gluten-free dinners. Beverages were fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome resort! Spent one night. Checked in at front desk a few hours before and used the beautiful and perfectly warm pool until our room was ready. Had dinner at Crafted Italian with great food and service at a reasonable price. Took free shuttle to Grand National property and played some crazy night mini-golf on hills (also for free!) The next morning rented a Kayak from Clearwater Outdoor Rentals (on property) and went around beautiful Lake Geneva. Thanks for the perfect getaway!

We miss the Lodge

This used to be a fantastic place to stay, from the service to the ambiance and pricing. Now, as The Ridge, it's been sterilized. Modern, sparse, black/gray/white with no character, from the lobby to the rooms. And despite being "updated", things were obviously done hastily vs. correctly, and the bathrooms tell the tale: rotting walls, poorly-laid flooring, and zero storage space (towels are in a bin on the floor under the sink). The rooms themselves have ample space and didn't seem cramped. I will give the housekeeping staff credit, though - it was clean! I won't be back, but judging from the dude-bro and snowbunny clientele (and how difficult they made things for the check-in clerk), it's clear that I'm not the target market.

The Ridge has great pools and outdoor fire pit and is on Lake Como with kayak rentals available. It is not walkable. There are NO SITDOWN BREAKFAST options. The rooms are OK. Bathrooms are small and there is no closet and no balconies. It is overpriced on any summer weekends. During the week it is a great deL

Got there early and unfortunately room not ready. Was told they would text me - never got a text and finally checked in well after 4:00 - very disappointing the new pool and hot tub was great and the grounds around the resort were first rate
