Beautiful place. Staff we so friendly. Pool area was super clean. Actually the whole place was. 5 minutes to downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

Rooms were great; the daily breakfast was the same each day, but fresh and delicious with a nice variety of items to choose from. This hotel is located very central to the activities we had planned, so worked out well for us. Would stay here again for sure.

Clerk, Sarah was extremely helpful and pleasant. I had originally booked through a 3rd party but booked for the wrong date. Sarah waited patiently for me to get this corrected and then was able to make a room change as well. She was so very helpful, a fine example of customer service at it's best. 😁

we recommend staff tell us there would be no cleaning services (there was a note on one of our bathroom mirrors but not on the mirror of our second room. Suggest they would at least give us fresh towels. Tried to get some from cleaning staff and they did not speak English. We believe the hotel should teach non English speaking people at the very least basic words like towels, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Also there was only one extra blanket in the closet for a 2 bedroom unit. We believe there should be 2 extra blankets, especially in the fall and winter months.

overall, everything was great, but I had difficulty getting hot water in the bathroom. I did not call to complain, I just managed with what I could get, but it seemed like it took a long time to get anything other than cold water. Otherwise, the facilities were lovely.

The room was very nice and "roomy". The hotel employees were the nicest I've ever encountered. This was not in walking distance for dining, but that didn't really matter to us. We ate downtown. Also, nice breakfast!! Thank you.
