Hotel is clean and in a good location to be near most things in Irvine like Great Park and Spectrum. The rooms take a while to cool down, so check in at your earliest convenience. I made the mistake of arriving late and it was 86 degrees and took a few hours to get down to 70. Wish housekeeping would keep it on at least 78 so it didn't get so hot for the next arrivals. Also, separate charge for parking so factor that. It's clean and in good condition.

Comfortable bed!

I enjoyed my stay, the bed was very comfortable but the room cleanliness could have been better. Hair in the bathroom and the room smelled slightly of dog.
