When we arrived we asked for our room style that was booked- Double room king bed and was informed there's no such thing. Unfortunately it's listed on here so I'm assuming it's listed wrong. We arrived to our room and there was a musty smell, the TV wouldn't come on and the bathroom light didn't worm. I went to the front desk and the attendant came to my room. He flipped the bathroom light switch like 25 times and it finally came on, he advised not to turn it off. The TV was turned on by him using the TV keys (not the remote) and I was told to adjust the volume and turn off/on the TV by theses functions and not the remote. He then leaves and less than 5 minutes later we notice a huge puddle under the AC unit. I also noticed floor repair and new damage in that same area. Walk back to see the attendant (they do not have phones in the room) and he advised it's leaking as the as isn't level and said he would bring some sheets and towels to place under the unit to catch the water during the stay. The room stunk, the tub faucet barely worked, rust in the tub as well as the sink. This facility was about $40 less than a brand new hotel a few blocks away. We should have booked the new place, unfortunately I learned the hard way. We didn't stay for breakfast, I was too grossed out with the entire complex to even think about eating their food.

The room was attractive, convuent and was a good price. Apparently it isn’t used much cause my husbands socks were dirty from the floors in less than an hour. There was only one cup, one hand towel, no tissues. The remote did not work except from the guide but there was no volume or channel changes or mute functions. Had to use buttons on side of tv. staff at checking was friendly but not existent at checkout. Would possibly stay sgain due yo convenience but make sure things work and are clean.

The first room we were put in there was blood on the door frame. The toilet wasn't bolted down to the floor. When you got up from using the toilet it would almost fall over had to get up delicately for it not to. The 2nd room we were put in smelled like a bottle of elmers glue. In the bathroom the wallpaper had a giant piece of it rip off. The water was hooked up backwards to the faucet. It went from hot to cold instead of cold to hot. So you had to turn it off fast to keep from burning yourself. The shower head was so corroded that half of the holes didnt have water going thru them. The continental breakfast the eggs and the sausage were cold. No orange juice in the orange juice machine. The sugar in the sugar container had pepper in it with the sugar. So we had to use sugar packets. Only thing that was nice was. There was no outrageous deposit. And the lady at the desk that night was very nice did the best she could for being extremely busy all night long.

The girl that was at the counter when we checked in was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The older woman that was there around midnight when we came back from the game was not helpful at all and you could tell she did not want to be there. I asked her about cookies and she didn’t know if there were any even tho it says ‘ cookies 24/7’. I wanted to buy water out of the cooler but there wasn’t any and she said it was because no one put any in. Breakfast was pathetic! For the money we spent I would expect more. We will definitely not be staying there again

I made reservations for myself and a friend approximately two months ago at this location. At the time we had no way of knowing that it was going to be on the direct evacuation route for Hurricane Milton. Despite my calling twice to confirm my reservation, I was told there were no rooms when I checked in. They did actually have rooms. The electronic lock on one of the two was malfunctioning so I was told if I left the room to leave the door open otherwise I would have to come to the main office and have them open the door with a master key, my friend and I did not stay in this room because we weren’t comfortable , having to leave the door open with our belongings inside when we went out to walk the dogs. The two of us stayed in a single room. Very sparsely appointed with one washcloth one hand towel and two bath towels. The bathroom was dirty and mold, was growing along several surfaces . It took us about 30 minutes to get the TV to work. I feel like we were probably put in the last two available rooms ones that not normally would have been rented. I told the staff at check out that we did not stay in room 135 because of the Security concerns And I asked for a refund. I don’t know if that has been applied yet. I would absolutely not recommend this property to anyone.

Strongly disappointed in the hotel cleanliness and organization. I fully understand how busy the hotel was especially after Hurricane Helene. After long travel and late night check-in we were sent to an either occupy room or it wasn’t cleaned because the beds were unmade. It was very scary. We then were provided another room that smelled of stinky feet and black mold covered the entire ceiling of the bathroom. I haven’t been feeling well since the visit.
