Hotel is clean, great location from the Casinos. The people working there were all friendly. The room was clean, BUT, the rooms/suites are laid out SO ODD. The TV is not by or close to either bed, nor is it close to the living room area. The toilet is a room by itself and RIGHT IN FRONT OF ONE OF THE BEDS, so awkward, with a tiny sink, rest of the bathroom is in front of the other bed. Couldn’t watch TV, bathroom situation was weird. The beds are SO UNCOMFORTABLE! Hard as a rock, bright of us slept well AT ALL. We would not stay there again, and that is unfortunate, due to the TV situation and bathroom situation and the beds!

NO WATER!!!

We Needed pillows and Blankets, was told to come down to lobby to get it. NO WATER IN ROOM OR HOTEL THE HOLE STAY.

Had issues with the room for the disabled. Management took actions, but didn’t precisely fix the problem. Manager and Front desk staff were courteous and helpful.

Great property with friendly staff! The place was clean and comfortable. The place was a little busy for breakfast and they struggled to keep up with demand so we hit the road but was probably just timing.
