Spent over $500 for a double room no microwave in room hot water did not get hot at all and I was so looking forward to taking a hot shower after a long travel and also one of the beds were dirty had some sort of brown stains on bed! Couldn’t get ahold of anyone at front desk after calling for hrs and hrs! Overall I was very disappointed with this room and the services due to spending that much for only 2 nights!

I didn’t like how the pool area/hot tub closed at seven at least that’s what the staff told me when I looked online. It said it was open till nine and some days even 10 so it seemed like the staff a lot of new and didn’t really know it was going on.
