MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THERE DON'T SEEM TO BE ANY HANDICAP PARKING NEAR THE ENTRANCE. WE HAD TO DO THE VALET PARKING WHICH I DON'T REALLY LIKE. YOU DO NEED MORE FOOD OPTIONS. BUT OVERALL WE HAD A VERY NICE TIME. THE PLACE IS QUIET. WE NEVER HEARD ANYONE IN THE HALLWAYS. WE FELT SAFE. WE WERE TO TIRED TO VISIT THE POOL WE HOPE TO DO THAT NEXT TIME.

checking personnel friendly and courteous, front desk areas nice and clean, our room conditions was not to our satisfaction, special the bathroom, water splash outside the shower, I stay in a handicap room, and that water problem had not ever happened, and most of the handicap rooms where on the first floor, not on the top! over all it was an average stay for us..

Plenty of games to choose from and a variety. ATMs have a $9 fee and that location doesn't use Boyd Pay. ATM doesnt accept prepaid cards.

No communication from front desk

Stayed for 2 days. Everything was great until the morning we were leaving. My wife got up about 5am to use the restroom. She noticed there was something dark in the toilet after flushing it. She flushed again and there still was some dark stain. She was about to use the sink and noticed that the water was dark. She let it run, but still dark water. She called the desk a little and asked about it. Their response was that they flushed the pipes and it should have been clear by now. There was no call from the front desk earlier about the situation, so what if she would have just jumped in the shower, then she would been showering in some dark water. I would have given them a 4 out 5, except for that situation.
