Deer Crest Lodge is entertainment friendly with unforgettable views! Our guests can enjoy their entire stay in the cabin or venture off to explore endless lake and mountain activities.

The cabin was recently remodeled and features a modern cabin feel with new appliances, furniture, and Smart TVs yet all set within stunning natural surroundings.

With an emphasis on Outdoor Living, the cabin features 2 spacious decks. Enjoy the sunset grilling on our BBQ or play Jenga on our Game Room deck.

This amazing Lodge has spectacular panoramic views, all new furnishings, dual decks, a game room and is the perfect place to relax, unwind and breathe in crisp clean air overlooking all of the mountainside with amazing sunsets and wildlife.

A quick drive to Santa's Village/Skypark with biking, archery and trails and to Lake Gregory (seasonal) with water play. An amazing area to grill and enjoy family meals at sunrise, during the day or gaze at the most stunning sunsets in all of Lake Arrowhead - private yet close to many areas to visit and just beautiful after a snowfall. A quick drive to the Village with amazing shops and dining all around in the quaint but bustling area of Lake Arrowhead.


Bedroom Layout:
There are two bedrooms upstairs, one on the main floor, and the bottom bedroom has a full size futon. Sheets, pillows, and extra blankets are available in the bedroom closet upstairs and the laundry room

Located up a hill and parking for 4 vehicles maximum. The Lodge is a quick drive to the Village of Lake Arrowhead, Sky Park Village with many activities year round, trails and Lake Gregory with water activities and fishing. A perfect location to stay in Lake Arrowhead to feel secluded yet close to all!

The Master Bedroom is located on the first floor.

A quiet upscale beautiful private hillside retreat yet a short drive to all major attractions including the Village, Lake, Lake Gregory and Skypark Santa's Village and many restaurants as well as shopping.

Need a car or truck as well as 4x4 or chains in the snow.

The road to the cabin during snow is steep and will require chains or a 4x4.

Trash will need to be bagged and sealed in the bins outside or there is a $25 per bag fee and there is a $200 per person over occupancy charge per night if not disclosed. The owners are extremely allergic to pet dander there are no pets allowed nor ESA/service animals due to this allergy. Any animals brought in will have $1,000 fine.

Please wash all dishes before leaving.

To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.

Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our 'things to know' and 'house rules' sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
Please remember these rules are mandated and imposed solely by the CITY and our PERMIT/ORDINANCE which requires property management companies to notify all guests that the CITY requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy in the rental agreement app a copy of Governmental ID that matches the name on the reservation. Please notate these and all rules regarding spa hours, trash removal, noise and dishes being washed are due to our permit and not our rules so please keep this in mind before booking as some guests rate us based on rules we must abide by to rent. We appreciate that they are unique rules please do not review us based on the reviews we need to follow, we appreciate it. The code cannot be sent until this agreement is filled out.

(1) Maximum vehicles and guest occupancy permitted is described in the listing. Any violation is subject to eviction and/or cancellation of your stay. If you need additional parking, please contact us directly.

(2) Big Bear Lake does not allow street parking; they will tow any vehicles parked on the street and any towing fees or fines issued are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

(3) Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.

(4) Dishes - All dishes must be cleaned before leaving and the house must be left in the same condition that you found it in. Any dirty dishes left in the kitchen are subject to a $45 fee- our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law this includes leaving dishes with food on them or left in the home. It also attracts vermin. Please note this is part of our permit and not included in cleaning the home after guests leave.

(5) Trash - All trash must be removed offsite to the free trash sites. Any bags or trash left behind in the bathroom, kitchen (including leaving behind items in the fridge, or outside is subject to a $25 per bag for removal this is not our rule - this is the law and we must abide by it as there is no trash service due to wild animals. Please do not review us based on the law. We provide a dump service if you should want to pay in advance, but we have to send a dump service we cannot have housekeepers take the trash as the CITY does not allow this.

(6) Pet- The home is strictly not pet friendly as the owners have severe allergies. Any violation is subject to eviction and a $3500 fine plus damages to the home will be charged.

(7) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction.

(8) No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages plus immediate eviction and subject to code call fines.

(9) No smoking, vaping or drugs inside our cabins at any time. Any evidence of violation is grounds for immediate eviction from the cabin and a $3500 plus damages found at the home.

(10) Please refrain from bringing your own BBQs, Firepits and or outside cooking devices are banned by the CITY due to the fire safety hazards. This is subject to eviction due to this is how fires start.

(11) Due to the mountain location, Big Bear and the surrounding areas are known to have occasional power and internet outages due to circumstances beyond our control. Power outages are usually brief, lasting a few hours or less and the city always tries to work quickly to get it back up and running. There are no refunds at anytime for power or internet outages due to normal mountain conditions, as these are beyond our control.

During your stay at this cabin, you'll be within walking distance of Grass Valley Lake. Enjoy features like an arcade/game room. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the cabin.
