Settle into your Hawaiian vacation in this easy access, ground floor unit with golf course views on the Ka'anapali Golf course. There are stairs only to this entrance-no elevators. 3 stairs lead down to living room and to master bedroom. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, no tub. Spacious lanai's are found off of the living room and master bedroom. Enjoy internet access. Gas BBQ's available in the pool area. Walk from your condo to anywhere in the greater Kaanapali resort area. Whaler's Shopping Village, Kaanapali Beach and Black Rock with their abundant outdoor activities are just a short stroll away.

**Effective July 1, 2019, Ka’anapali Royal’s resort fee structure will change to $20/day, payable at the resort, whether or not guests are parking a vehicle, with a cap at 7 days/$140.00. Second vehicles are an additional $140, 2 cars maximum. Rentals with arrivals on July 1, 2019 and beyond that are confirmed by May 31, 2019 will still pay the previous flat parking fee of $80/vehicle.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A deposit in the amount of 3 nights’ rent is required to secure a reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, which is when the reservation becomes non-changeable and non-refundable. You can change your dates or even change condos up until that final payment due date. If you cancel altogether prior to the final payment due date, your deposit will be refunded less a $100 cancel fee.

Please note that as the COVID-19 situation unfolds, we are maintaining a very flexible cancellation and refund policy at least into May and June 2020 and will extend this policy as needed.

We accept all major credit cards. All reservations include a mandatory TLC fee: Cleaning, linens and non-refundable damage waiver. All transactions are in US funds.

Fantastic Maui stay
Convenient location great beach access, amazing place to stay , already looking forward to next trip. Beware of parking charge, bring a check with you.

Just ok
Nice location but a bit of a walk to the beach. Very spacious condo. There was no beach gear available (except chairs) for use which was really inconvenient. The other place we stayed had everything necessary for a beach day. The living room furniture had a slight body odor smell and the temperature of the water in the shower was only luke warm.

Kaanapali Near Black Rock Beach
Loved this location! Right on the Golf Course. Short walk to the Beach... I think less than a mile. Kids loved jumping off the rock into the ocean. Great Snorkeling right there also. Eating out is expensive there... and so are the groceries. If you can, I would shop at the Walmart before you get there by the airport. Airport Terminal, Kahului, HI 96732. We arrived so late it was not an option for us. I really loved this condo! very homey and roomy! A great place to stay!

Comfortable Vacation Stay
Our stay here was relaxing. The pictures are accurate. The condo was spacious throughout so we didn't feel cramped at all. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was such a convenience. There was an iron/ironing board and one blow dryer (owners are not required to provide blow dryers so we brought one in case). Fridge and stove were stainless steel and clean. There were some condiments in the unit and we left ours for others to use. King bed in master (between firm and soft) and twins in second bedroom (both firm) were comfortable. They had a starter pack which included items like toilet paper, tissue, paper towels etc. There were only three of us but there was ample supply. If you are able-bodied, it is a short 10-minute walk down to Whalers Village; about 10 minutes to Lahaina and 10-15 minutes to Kapalua by car. It was nice having breakfast on the lanai each morning. We could see and sometimes hear the golfers but never had a "close call" with a golf ball. There was only a sliver of an ocean view from the lanai, but a nice view of the golf course from the lanai. I loved the decor throughout the condo; full of cute and classic Hawaii-vibe items. There is a library of books to read in the unit. Used the pool once. It is a little walk from the unit, but was nice with a jacuzzi. Some cons: the dishwasher didn't work while we were there so we had to do dishes the old-fashioned way--by hand, but we lived! Scott (the maintenance supervisor), came quickly, assessed that the dishwasher was truly broken and that it wasn't me. He was very courteous and professional. They had to order a part and we would be gone by the time it was fixed. The carpet was a little dirty as was the furniture in the small lanai off the second bedroom so no one used that lanai. Some people don't remove their shoes as requested. I thought the $75 parking fee was a little expensive. We were only there 5 nights but maybe you pay because it is gated and you need a code to get in the gate. The unit is also keyless so you have your own code to get in. It would've been a great add for a TV in the second bedroom. Got a good corporate rate on rental car via Chase N. Rainbows I would recommend this unit and would stay here again. I would try a second floor so I can keep lanai doors open at night. But no elevators so keep your luggage light.
