Wonderful property
The Legacy Villas are a great place to stay. This unit was close to the pool but far enough away to not have the noise from the guests utilizing the pools. I would stay again. The owner was quick responding to any questions. The beds, sheets and comforter were very comfortable.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in La Quinta. Our rental was exactly the way it was detailed in the listing. Our home was nicely appointed and made our stay very comfortable. The bonus was the various pools that made lap swimming and relaxing very easy. Close access to old La Quinta is another nice benefit. We will be back.

Mark was very responsive throughout the whole process. The pool was great for my young children and the property was very clean. We stayed for the BNP tournament at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Super convenient to catch an Uber to the tennis center and the gated community make you feel safe. 5 stars.

Such a great spot to stay.
We really enjoy our stay at the Legacy property. This is a ground floor unit of the 2 story building. Everything was updated, clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed the patio sofa and chairs. Such a beautiful spot. The water fountains and water features around the property are very soothing. Kitchen is well equipped with an excellent blender and coffee makers. Really appreciated a supply of spices, coffee, tea, and cooking oil. The magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms were a nice touch. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Excellent info folder. Check in was easy with great communication. Thanks for a great stay.

Palm Springs delight!!
This was a super comfortable and beautiful property in La Quinta! We loved the size of the bedrooms, the comfortable furnishings, the access to all amenities on the property and the well equipped kitchen and cleanliness through out the property. This was just a delightful stay and close enough to all sights around the desert valley!! Terrific restaurants and access to all that Palm Springs offers for everyone!!! The weather was perfect!! Wonderful!
We have stayed in various units at Legacy Villas over the years and Markā€™s is one of the best. Itā€™s clean and has updated flooring and furniture. The location is perfect - close to the main pool and central walkway. The beds are super comfortable. Check in and out were a breeze and I appreciated that the codes on the locks was changed personally for us. Makes me feel safer than a place that uses the same code for all renters. We will be back!

Tennis Tourney Villa
We visit BNP Paribas tennis tournament every year and love to stay in a VRBO. This year we stayed in Mark's villa and it was so comfortable and perfect. The grounds were so lovely and the place had everything we needed. We had breakfast one morning at the grill, visited the hot tub one evening, and used the fitness facility. We had 2 couples and the place was perfect with each bedroom having its own outdoor patio to enjoy the weather. We will definitely return.
