Cancels by renters, credit card processing fees (approx. 3% of transition) are non-refundable.

Only two cars are allowed in the community and must be housed in the garage. No street parking is allowed. Please advise if you plan to bring a golf cart. No high-profile cars are allowed.

If needed we can provide a travel crib, high chair, and/or stroller for short-term use.

On the checkout date, there is a walk-through of the property to discuss any thoughts on improving future guest's experiences and do a property review.

This condo offers its guests a spa tub. The front desk is open around the clock.
